Give an example of when you have provided good client care.

A

I prepare fortnightly enquiry schedules to inform my client of the most recent interest in the remaining vacant suites of their property. I also provide them with a quarterly take up schedule which outlines office space take up. I provide my client with a high standard of service by doing this, and it also helps build my professional relationship with them and establishes trust and integrity which is in line with two of the five Rules of Conduct.

What is the VW CHP?

A

All complaints must be made in writing. VW will acknowledge receipt of the complaints within 5 working days and will commence investigation. Within 20 working days of receipt of the written summary VW will write to client to advise of the outcome of the investigation. If outcome doesn’t satisfy, send a written response and VW will respond within a further 15 days.
