Q

How do you take a CFP at ACO?

A

Patient sits down at CFP machine, then search px ID or new px, then you just move the lens to the eye, centre it, and it should automatically (in time) focus on the back of the eye, then press the button to take the photo

NB: you’ll likely have to exit out of previous patient photos on screen, then search px id. Right click to bring up menu to do so.

NB: The CFPs will save automatically to patient’s file, don’t need to do anything else.

Q

How do you take an OCT at ACO?

A

Search patient’s ID, then click capture (RS?) button. Ensure it is on correct eye. Get patient to look at target.

Generally we do macula cube and disk cube or something like that.

Then to look at results, click on both of them to highlight them and double click to open
