FBC: lymphocytosis, anaemia, thyombocytopenia, uric acid
Blood smear
Bone marrow biopsy: flow cytometry
CT for staging
Direct coombs test (AIHA)

A
Watch and wait for stage 0-2
RCF for young/healthy patients:
Rituximab, cyclophosphamide, fludarabine
Transfusions, infections management, allogenic bone marrow transplant, allopurinol / pred

CLL Complications
A
SE of treatment: ulcers, bowel habit, appetite, TLS
Haemolytic anaemia, ITP
Neutropenic sepsis

CLL Progress / Review
A
Haematologist: bloods every 6 - 12 months
