Traffic that cannot achieve FL210 L SIVDA shall be tactically re-routed via L608 and co-ordinated with TC DAGGA.
Traffic unable to achieve FL250+ by UMBAG are to be co-ordinated with TC DAGGA.
Traffic through SIVDA are only RFC if positioned within the confines of P155.
