What is attrition?
A
Where rock fragments knock against one another in the sea causing them to be smaller and more rounded.

What is longshore drift?
A
Longshore drift is where the backwash and swash cause something like a rock to go back and forth and an angle due to prevailing winds eventually ending up in a different place.
