BLOODY MARY
INGREDIENTS: 50 ml - Vodka 120 ml - Tomato juice 15 ml - Lemon juice 2-3 dsh - Worcestershire sauce 3-10 dsh - Tabasco 1-2 dash - Celery salt, salt, black pepper
METHOD: Rolling up&down
GLASSWARE: Highball, with ice
GARNISH: Celery stick
BRANDY ALEXANDER
INGREDIENTS: 25 ml- Brandy 25 ml- Cream 25 ml - Irish cream 25 ml - Dark crème de cacao
METHOD: Shaken & dbl strained
GLASSWARE: Martini, NO ice

CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS:
Top up - Champagne
1-2 - Brown sugar cubes
1-2 dsh - Angostura Bitters
METHOD: Built up
Place the sugar in the bottom of the flute glass. Add the angostura, and fill the glass with champagne.
For a stronger version, add a float go cognac or grand-mariner.
GLASSWARE: Flute glass, NO ice
GARNISH: Lemon peel

INGREDIENTS: 45 ml - Gin, Vodka or Whisky (it depends of the version) 30 ml - Simple syrup 25 ml - Lemon juice Top up - Club soda

INGREDIENTS: 50 ml - Spirit of choice (Gin, whisky, etc) 30 ml - Simple syrup 25 ml - Lemon juice Optional - 1 egg's white

Optional: A few drops of angostura on top

30 ml - Sweet Vermouth
2 dsh - Angostura bitters
METHOD: Stirred
GLASSWARE: Martini NO ice
GARNISH: None, or cherry

INGREDIENTS:
50 ml - White tequila
25 ml - Lime juice
15 ml - Simple syrup
METHOD: Shaken & strained
GLASSWARE: Margarita glass / Martini, NO ice
GARNISH: Half glass rimmed with salt, & lime wedge or wheel

INGREDIENTS: 45 ml - White rum 30 ml - Pineapple juice 7 ml - Granadine 7 ml - Maraschino liqueur
METHOD: Shaken & dbl strained
GLASSWARE: Martini, NO ice

MINT JULEP
INGREDIENTS: 60 ml - Bourbon 15 ml - Simple syrup 3 dsh - Angostura bitters 6-8 - Mint leaves
METHOD: Tear the mint leaves. Shake all ingredients & dbl strain.
GLASSWARE: Old fashioned, with crushed ice
Copper cup, with crushed ice

MOSCOW MULE (and friends)
INGREDIENTS: * 50 ml - Vodka (Moscow Mule) - Bourbon (Kentucky Mule) - Scotch (Crabbie Cuddie) - Tequila (Mexican Mule) - Dark rum (Dark n' Stormy) 1 - Lime cut in half & 4, discard the stems Top up - Ginger beer
METHOD: Stirred and mixed
GLASSWARE: Copper cup, with ice or crushed ice
GARNISH: Lime

INGREDIENTS:
30 ml - Gin
30 ml - Sweet vermouth
30 ml - Campari
METHOD: Stirred
GLASSWARE: Old fashioned, with ice
GARNISH: Orange peel
THE OLD CUBAN
INGREDIENTS: 50 ml - White rum 15 ml - Simple syrup 1 - Lime, cut half & 4. Discard stems 2 dsh - Angostura bitters 6-8 - Mint leaves Top up - Champagne
METHOD: Muddle mint, lime and syrup. Add the rest of ingredients (except champagne), add ice and shake. Dbl strain into glassware. Top up with champagne

OLD FANSHONED
INGREDIENTS: 60 ml - Rye whisky, or regular bourbon 2 dsh - Angostura bitters 1-2 - Brown sugar cubes 25 ml - Soda water
METHOD: Add all ingredients (except bourbon) into a glass. Gently muddle till the sugar is disolved. Add bourbon. Add ice. Stir

INGREDIENTS:
45 ml - Cognac
25 ml - Cointreau
25 ml - Lemon juice
METHOD: Shaken & dbl strained
Optional: Rim half glass with sugar

WHITE RUSSIAN
INGREDIENTS: 30 ml - Vodka 30 ml - Coffee liqueur 20 ml - Heavy cream 10 ml - Irish cream
METHOD: Stir in a mixing glass vodka+coffee lq. Strain into glassware. Dry shake, with coil, heavy cream + Irish cream. Then top up.
