4 Oz Pierre Joüet Champagne
Build in mixing glass, stir slowly while pouring champagne to not mess with the champagnes effervescence. Strain into champagne flute.
*Opt. - Float 1/2 oz peach liqueur.

2-4 Oz Boiling Water
Pre heat mug**
Add honey, lemon, and 1/2 Oz boiling water until honey dissolves. Then add whiskey and rest of boiling water.

A

1/8 Oz Dry Vermouth
Fill mixing glass with ice. Coat ice with dry Vermouth then dump out Vermouth. Garnish with one Olive.

Mint Julep

A

2 1/2 Oz Bourbon or Vsop Cognac
1 Oz Simple or 2 Teaspoon Superfine
2-4 Sprig Of Mint
Start with simple syrup then add 5-6 leaves of Mint and lightly bruise. Add half of the spirit then fill with crushed ice and swirl until glass is frosty. Add remaining liquor, garnish with 3 mint sprig and straw.
