Mojito
Muddle 4 lime wedges, 12.5ml sugar syrup and 4 mint leaves in a highball glass. Add crushed ice and 50ml Bacardi and 4 more mint leaves and muddle add more ice and top with soda water. Garnish with lime wedge and Mint Sprig.
Long island iced tea
Add cubed ice to a shaker and pour 25ml lemon, 12.5ml sugar syrup and 62.5ml premix LIIT and shake. fill a highball glass with cubed ice, add Coke about half way and top with the shaker ingredients and top with lemon wedge.
Bubble Gum Daquiri
Fill a highball glass with crushed ice and add 35ml lime, 35ml bacardi spiced Rum and 35ml bubble gum syrup and mix, add crushed ice cap, add a Sherbert stick on top
