lots of foam, use spoon to push back foam and pour just milk till half, scoop out rest of foam on top

test: steam milk till 65C (Soy: 120F), froth a lot of foam, pour into cup 1/2 milk & 1/2 foam, lighter than latte

Hot Caramel Macchiato

same as cappuccino but add 1 pump vanilla (10 cc), 1 pump caramel sauce (15 cc), drizzle 10 cc caramel sauce on foam

test: steam milk till 65C (Soy: 120F), froth some foam, use stirrer to set aside the foam while pouring all milk out, little foam on top
