What is the San Francisco syncope rule?

A
If someone has true syncope and any of the following features, admit - high 7 day mortality:
CHESS
C - history of cardiac failure
H - hemotocrit < 39%
E - abnormal ECG
S - shortness of breath
S - systolic <90

What’s the neurological assessment after collapse?

A

cranial nerves, peripheral nerves, cerebellar, gait, AMTS, fundi, NIHSS (risk stratification if need to thrombolysed), GCS, pupils, lateralising signs, cap glucose
