2 dashes Celery Salt
4 drops Worcestershire Sauce
1 drop (Optional) Tabasco
Fill Tomato Juice

Glass with ice. Pour requested liquor. Pour mix. Stir well. Garnish with Celery Stick or Lime.

(Can Use Pre-made Bloody Mary Mix instead of Tomato Juice and Spices.)

(Use House Specialty glass. Fill Blender with approximately 2 scoops of Ice. Blend and pour into glass. Do not strain frozen drinks.)

1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
2-4 Fresh Mint Sprigs
2 tablespoon Sugar
Top Soda Water

Lightly muddle the mint and sugar with a splash of soda water in a mixing glass until the sugar dissolve and you smell the mint. Squeeze the lime into the glass, add rum and shake with ice. Strain over cracked ice in a highball glass. Top with soda water.

Collins/Hurricane glass. Pour liquor. Pour sweet and sour/ fruit juice. Add soda, if indicated. Garnish with Lemon Wedge.

BLENDED

Metal mixing cup, 1 small scoop of ice. Pour liquor. Pour sweet and sour. Blend 3 - 5 seconds in flash blender. Strain into chilled glass. Garnish with a Lemon Wedge.

BUILT

Collins/Hurricane glass. Pour liquor. Pour sweet and sour/ fruit juice. Add soda, if indicated. Garnish with a Lemon Wedge.
