What are complementary colours?
Two colours located opposite from each other on the colour wheel
What are split complementary?
One colour plus the two colours adjacent to its complementary colour
What are double complentary?
Two pairs of complementary colours. The pairs’ distance apart will affect the contrast of the colour scheme
What is a triad?
Three colours that are an equal distance apart on the colour wheel
What are analogous?
Colours that are adjacent to each other on the colour wheel
