What is HIV
Asexual contact virus or by exchanging bodily fluids like blood(needles)
What does HIV do?
Attacks immune cells, gives flu like symptoms
What is TMV?
Tobacco mosaic virus, effects plants causes a mosaic pattern on the leaves, cant carry out photosynthesis
Name a protist disease
Malaria
What is Malaria?
A life cycle in mosquitos it causes repeating fever, it can be fatal
How can the spread of Malaria by mosquitos by reduced?
Stopping mosquitos from breeding
How can people be protected from Malaria?
insecticides or mosquito nets
Name a fungal disease

Using fungicides or stripping the contaminated leaves
What is Salmonella?
Bacteria, which causes food poisoning
What are the results of Salmonella?
Fever, stomach cramps, diarrhoea, vommiting
