Cardio Vascular Endurance
The ability for your heart and lungs to supply the working muscles with oxygen so you can keep working your whole body for a long period of time without fatiguing.
Muscular Endurance
The ability for your muscles to continuously work effectively for a long period of time without fatiguing.
Strength
The amount of force an athlete can apply in one exertion
Flexibility
The range of movement around a joint
Body Compisition
The way our body’s are made up. The bone structure and the proportions of muscle and fat.
Power
A ability to combine speed and strength in one action
co-ordination
The ability to control one or more body parts at one time
Balance
The ability to keep the body in control and stable while keeping the centre of the body at the base
Agility
The ability to change direction quickly and still keep control of your body
Speed
The ability to move your whole body, or a body part, over a given distance
Reaction Time
The time it takes to respond to a new stimulus

100m sprinters need incredible speed to finish the race with the best time/position possible
