Agility
Agility is the ability to move or change direction quickly at speed whilst maintaining control

Muscular endurance is the muscle or muscle group undergo repeated contractions, avoiding fatigue
Cardiovascular endurance
Cardiovascular endurance is the ability of the heart and lungs to supply oxygen to the working muscles
Muscular strength
Muscular strength is the amount of force a muscle can exert against resistance
