What happens in Input?

A
  • Data is provided into a computer.
  • This can be done by generating data from peripherals; such as mouse clicking from a mouse or keyboard.

A

Data is saved either:
* Temporarily in RAM.
* Permanently in devices such as HDD, SSD or cloud storage.

What happens in processing? And where does it happen?

A
  • Data is analyzed and is turned into useful information, also calculations are conducted.
  • Processing usually occurs in the CPU.
