Stress definition

A

Mental Health- it is not just the absence of mental on this but a form of subjective well-being
it is an individual sense of been able to cope I’m being in control of their lives by facing challenges and fulfilling relationships

Stress- stress is the response that occurs when people feel they can’t cope with pressure e.g. family life it can be short-term or or long-term EG alarm triggers

A

Stress-related on this refers to a set of symptoms as a result of exposure to short or long term stressors for example headaches depression anxiety
it can’t be physical or mental

Decease is the diagnostic label given to a set of signs or symptoms and can be a result from injuries or infections it is a state of being which is opposite of health
