  2. open compass to the second longest side length and place the point on one side of the line and draw an arc
  3. open compass to the the last side length and place the point on the other side of the line and draw an arc
  4. join them up!!!!

how do you construct a perpendicular bisector?

• put the compass on both edge points of the line
• open the compass to a bit ore than half the line
• make the mark on X

how do you construct an angle bisector?

• open compass to a reasonable length
• put the point of the compass on the point of the angle and mark a part of the line on both sides of the angle
• put the point of the compass on each mark you made on the side and it will form an X.
