All risk insurance- protect against damage during construction - refer top op a op b or op c
May need non -negligence insurance - damage to neighbouring properties
PI- protect against breach of professional duty
Public liability- protect against claims for damage or injuries to third parties
Employers liability- protect against claims from employees
