Q

Why invitations to start a conversation

A

You need to show the person you are talking to that you care about their opinions. Inspiration puts the focus on you. When you have friends, you know that you care about their opinion so they will chime in. That’s why I can start with inspiration when I see a friend. But, with someone new you have to start with invitations to show interest and then move to inspiration.
