-GET BACKUPS
-Get as many details as possible
-Try to duplicate the issue
-Identify Symptoms
-Ask questions from the end user
-Determine if anything has changed

-Start with the obvious
-Consider everything
-Make a list of possible causes (Obv. first)
-Research symptoms (Google search)
Testing the theory
-Determine what’s next for plan of action
-If the theory did not work, reestablish a theory or escalate

-Plan with least mess possible
-Have backup plans for potential issues
Implementing the plan
-Attempt to fix the issue
-Have a rollback for if your theory sucks and breaks everything
-Escalate as needed

-Verify all systems
Documenting findings
-Document all things that have been changed and all outcomes
