Q

disadvantages of correlational research (causation)

A
  • doesn’t show that one factor directly causes the other
  • simply means that a relationship exists but cannot establish a cause and effect link
  • does not explain why the relationship exists
  • may be other factors involved

application - can link to obedience as cannot say that something like LOC is the only reason, other factors also affect it
