There is a resultsnt moment, but NO RESULTANT FORCE at all, so no acclertaion, but only rotation

A
Need to ADD ALL THE SEPARATE MOMENTS TOGTHER AND THE TOTAL COUPLE = SUM OF MOMENTS!

If a COUPLE is applied, what does this mean in terms of calculation , do you multiply by any perpendicular distance?

NO remember a couples units is ALREADY NM, so you just ADD it to the moments!
