What does Tamiflu (Oseltamivir) do for the flu?
Shorten duration of symptoms by 24 hours if started within 48 hours of symptom onset

Avoid with: apixaban, atorvostatin, simvastatin, rosuvastatin, lovastatin, salmeterol, codeine
When to use molnupiravir instead of nirmatrelvir-ritonavir
Alternate with high risk progression to severe covid for patients who have DDIs that mean cant use paxlovid
Start within 5 days of sx onset

Fetal toxicity– use contraception for 4 days for women and 3 months for men
