Trespassory taking and carrying away of the tangible personal property of another with intent to permanently deprive the owner thereof.

Embezzlement
Fraudulent conversion or misappropriation of the property of another by one who is already in lawful possession.
Robbery
Larceny plus taking from the person or presence of the V by force or violence or by intimidation and threat of violence.
Obtaining property by False pretenses
Lie re material fact by D which causes V to pass title to D.
D knows he lied and intends to defraud.
Larceny by trick
D gets possession by representation or promise that he knows is false at the time he takes possession.
Receiving stolen property
Receive property known to be stolen with intent to permanently deprive the owner.
D must know or believe the property is stolen.
- Even unreasonable belief that property is not stolen will prevent conviction.
Arson
Malicious burning of a dwelling of another.
Burglary
Breaking and entering of dwelling house of another at night time.
Felonious intent.
