Define what a Critical Incident is?
A
Any unintended event that occurs when a patient receives treatment in the hospital that results in Death, Serious Disability, Injury/Harm to the patient

A
An incident that occurs during the process of providing Health Care and results in sub-optimal clinical outcomes including unintended injury

An unplanned event that did not result in injury, illness or damage but has the potential to do so
