I am having digestive issues (not sure, but might be an ulcer). Can you recommend anything?

A
  1. Aloe Vera (inner leaf) will help calm the GI.
  2. Consider soaking linseeds in water and drinking the bloop; excellent for helping to line/protect the mucosa enabling healing.
  3. Avoid coffee and alcohol where possible as they will irritate.
  4. Minimise wheat and dairy as they can also irritate.
  5. L.glutamine - helps build intestinal wall of gut , closes tight junctions
