A

The art of manipulating people into doing something they shouldn’t, like handing over sensitive info, clicking a malicious link, granting access to restricted systems.

How do you prevent malware?

A
  1. An antivirus system - a system that scans for viruses/malware. Software for blocking malicious programs, e.g. malware, from harming your computer.
  2. Firewall - monitors connections to and from your computer. If it spots something suspicious, it closes the connections or disconnects it.
