Dornase alpha

Staph aureus , pseudomonas aeruginsoa
If a CF patient develops P.aeruginosa infection what antibiotic treatment forms should be started?
Oral and inhaled

Colstimethate sodium nebs
In CF patients with severe ps.aeruginosa infection what 2 inhaled antibiotics can be given?
Colstimethate + Azreonam or Tobramycin
What antibiotic should be offered at an immunomodulatory dose for CF patients with deteriorating lung function?
Azithromycin
What drug can be offered to CF patients with exocrine pancreatic insufficiency?
Pancreatin (H2 antagonist or PPI may also be added in)
