Beagle voyage Findings

A
  1. Different species in different parts of the world occupy similar habitats.
  2. Fossils from a geographic region resemble other fossils as well as living organisms from that region.
  3. Galapagos Finches. 600 miles west of Ecuador, volcanic geologically young – goldilocks environment to observe evolution. Island finches resemble mainland species with a few differences.
