section 141 staff knowingly sell alcohol to a drunk person, s 142 obtain alcohol for someone who is drunk on premises, s 146 offence to sell u18, s 147 knowingly allow sale of alcohol to u18
how to identify intoxication
vivaciousness, low blood pressure, memory loss, emotionally unstable, irregular breathing, comatose, confused when facing tasks, lethargic but aroused by voice, difficult to sit upright, impairment of judgement
