Free-will is where behaviour is due to individual choice.

A

The extent to which a psychological phenomenon is due to innate factors, such as brain structure, or individual experiences, such as upbringing.

of non-adherence as an example.

A

The extent to which something has a practical application.

For example, blood and urine samples have good practical applications as they will indicate to the practitioner if the patient is following their medical regime or if
the medical regime is working.

Situational explanation is the view that behaviour is caused by the environment the person is in.
