1 - Measure 5cm of lipase solution into a test tube

2 - Measure 5cm of milk into a different testtubes, and add 5 drops of phenolphthalein indicator.

3- Measure 7cm sodium carbonate solution and add, the solution should turn pink

4 - Put both in a waterbath and leave at 30

5 - Once both reached 30, use a dropping pipette to put 1cm of lipase solution into the milk tube and start stopwatch

6 - Stir the contents with a glass rod, as soon as the solution loses its pink colour, stop stopwatch

7 - Repeat at different temperatures
