Define Aggravation
An actual worsening of the compensable condition after the last award of compensation which is established by medical evidence supported by objective findings.

Objective Findings
Verifiable indications of injury or disease that can include ROM, atrophy, muscle strength, and palpable muscle spasm.
Define OD
Any disease or infection arising out of and in the course of employment cause by substances or activities to which an employee is not subjected or exposed other than during a period of regular employment in which requires medical servicers or result in disability or death
Define Palliative Care
Medical services rendered to reduce or moderate temporarily the intensity of an otherwise stable medical condition
