Mining such as coal, iron, steel, oil and machine making.
Consumer Goods
Goods such as clothing, furniture and shoes.
Internal Passport
Passports issued to workers that limit the movement of workers.
Shock Brigades
Groups of young workers who aimed to set a good example by competing with each other to increase their output.
Stakhanovites
The most qualified workers that were seen and treated as national heroes but were hated by their fellows workers as they were favoured and rewarded.
