What is Cognitive Training?
Guided set of tasks designed to reflect particular cognitive functions
What is SONAS?
Group therapy for dementia aimed at stimulating 5 senses
What is Cognitive Stimulation Therapy?
Usually biweekly for 7 weeks; program of activities such as word games, singing, physical activity
What are Reminiscence Groups?
Recalling past events (often using prompts) - promoting positive communication and wellbeing
