Programme strategy: design approach: To define how the vision,benefits, target operating model,and associated risks willbedefined and approved by governance
Vision statement: To document the vision for theprogrammein a way thatenables engagement,motivation,and alignment of the largecommunity of stakeholders involved in theprogramme, possibly across multiple organizations
Benefits map: To show the relationship between outputs, capabilities, outcomes, benefits (ordisbenefits),and organizational objectives
Benefit profile To provide a description of the attributes and interdependencies of a single benefitand to detail how it will be realized and measured
Risk register: To record those uncertain events that would affect one or moreprogrammeobjectives
Target operatingmodel: To articulate the future organization structure, its working practices and processes,the information it requires, and the technology that supports its operations
