Chocolate Pot de Creme
Description: Chocolate custard topped with lightly whipped cream flavored with vanilla and cinnamon. There is a bruleed banana slice for garnish. It is accompanied by a round chocolate-almond financier topped with a quenelle of caramelized banana puree and more whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
Allergy: chocolate, dairy, eggs, cinnamon, tree nuts, gluten*

Yuzu Meringue Tart
Description: Yuzu curd covered in swiss meringue on top of a miso flavored shortcrust. It is accompanied by diced fresh mango that has been compressed with raspberry puree. More raspberry sauce is on the plate beneath the fruit. It is garnished with whatever micro-green we have on hand (chervil, sorrel, etc.).
Allergy: dairy, egg, gluten, soy, mango, raspberry
Tableside: Yuzu meringue tart with fresh mango and raspberry.
Matcha Tres Leches
Description: Matcha castella soaked in three-milks (milk, cream, sweetened condesnsed milk) flavored with green tea. It is accompanied by a scoop of burnt honey ice cream, sweetened white bean paste (anko), and matcha crumb. It is garnished with a thin tuile of bubble sugar and matcha powder.
Allergy: dairy, eggs, gluten, honey, caffeine, soy*
Tableside: Matcha tres leches with burnt honey ice cream and anko.
Mary Jane Brownies
Description: Chocolate brownie served with kinako-kuromitsu ice cream and candied hemp seeds. It is served with kuromitsu, kinako, chocolate sauce, white chocolate crispy pearls, and hemp seed bubble sugar.
Allergy: chocolate, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, hemp
Tableside: Mary jane brownies with kinako ice cream and candied hemp seeds.
Black Sesame Mousse Cake
Description: Sesame and sea salt Bavarian mousse atop a flourless chocolate cake enrobed in a dark chocolate glaze. It is accompanied by sweet and salty sesame sugar, freeze dried raspberries, a quenelle of whipped cream, an orange supreme (segment), a black sesame macaron, chocolate sauce, and a micro-green (chervil, sorrel, etc.).
Allergy: dairy, eggs, sesame, gelatin, raspberry, citrus
Tableside: Black sesame mousse cake with sea salt mousse and flourless chocolate cake.
Irish Coffee Jelly
Description: Decaffeinated coffee (La Columbe) is lightly sweetened and gelled using agar agar (kanten). It is served with coconut sorbet and topped with Suntory Yamazaki 12 year old whiskey, cinnamon, and freeze dried raspberries.
Allergy: coconut, cinamon, soy, alcohol*
Tableside: Irish coffee jelly with Yamazaki 12 year whiskey and coconut sorbet. Please be sure to mix the whiskey in before taking the first bite.
Sorbet Trio
Description: Always coconut, chocolate, and fruit. The coconut sorbet does not change, while you will see variations of chocolate and fruit flavors.
Allergy: Varies based on flavor. Always Vegan.

Ice Cream
Description: Three scoops of housemade ice cream served with miso sable cookies. Flavors change often.
