inductive logical reasoning (drawing conclusions from details)

CONSERVATION - able to understand wider glass with lower fill line might hold more water than skinnier glass with higher fill line

CLASSIFICATION - able to separate items by shared qualities and put them into hierarchies

REVERSIBILITY - knowing things can be put back to original state (retrace steps in backwards fashion, count backwards)

SERIATION - able to arrange objects according to quantitative value (this can include abstract quantities such as age)
