Education - structure and exams are separate from England and Wales when Scottish Parliament decide on the aspects. SP decided their would be no tuition fees for students in University.
Health- medication is prescribed and Scottish people wouldn't be charged for prescribed medication.

Why do people want the powers of the Scottish Parliament to be increased?
Scots people want decisions on Scottish matters made within Scotland.
They will be more sensitive to Scotland's need and demands.
UK/ Westminister seems distant and doesn't consider Scottish issues enough.
