Inhalation vs exhalation dysfunction

A

as they’re breathing out, and one side does not go down as far –> inhalation dysfunction, exhalation restriction

if you’re breathing in and one side does not come up as far, exhalation dysfunction, inhalation restriction

A

1) standing flexion test / ASIS compression
2) reset the hips
2) PSIS heights, ASIS heights, inflare and out flare, medial malleoli heights

Diagnosis of the sacrum?

A

1) seated flexion test
2) Lumbosacral spring –> if positive it’s extended, negative is flexed
3) sphinx test –> sacral sulci even out = flexed.. get worse = extended.
4) 4pt dx
