Osteogenesis imperfecta
is a genetic disorder characterized by fragile bones that break easily, often with little or no apparent injury. It is caused by defects in collagen production, a protein that forms the framework of bones and other connective tissues.

Type 1: the body’s immune system attacks the cells in the pancreas that produces insuline = (no insuline production)
Type 2: the body becomes resistant to insuline that the pancreas produces
