Constantly replenished: quickly created, quickly used
Normally used for daily activities, esp. Yang post-heaven qi
Under normal circumstances: qi used by work = quickly restored by rest + diet

Etiology of chronic tiredness
Deficiency: qi, blood, yin
Excess: damp, phlegm, qi stag
–> Slippery, wiry, full/excess pulse = damp, phlegm (heavy), qi stag
