Physical health and well being
All body systems are working well, free from illness and injury and having the ability to carry out everyday task
Mental health and well-being
A state in which every individual realise his or her own Potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully and is able to make a contribution to his or her own community
Social health and well being
Basic human needs are meet (food, shelter clothing etc). The individual has shelter and support, some value to society, is socially active and has little stress in social circumstances
Where you do very little out of your home
Where you have a BMI (body mass index) of 30 or over
This is the main energy source of the body and they produce energy during exercise
Found in foods such as sugar, milk and fruits
Found in food such as bread, pasta, potatoes, rice and beans
These are needed for growth and repair.
In foods such as fish, chicken and red meat
In foods such as beans, grains and food from animals such as milk, egg and cheese
These help to maintain good health. But only small quantities are needed within your diet
These are a source of energy and they also help to keep the body at a good temperature
These are essential for health, bones and tissue function.
Water is a means of transport for nutrients, waste and hormones.
Why you need water?
You need watch to replace watch you lost during exercise. Without it you will become dehydrated which can cause serious problems
