Add water to ethanol and shake. If present turns cloudy white.

Biuret reagent changes from blue to purple.

Anemia (lack of red blood cells)

Swelling in the neck
What can a vitamin A deficiency cause?
Blindness
What can a Vitamin C deficiency cause?
Scurvy, bleeding gums
What does a vitamin D deficiency cause?
Rickets, which makes the legs bow out.
