what is a data port ?
Transferring from one computer software to another without reentering the data
what is information ?
Information can be produced by processing raw data which as been processed / given context.
What is data ?
Data is facts and figures which have not been processed and has no meaning.
what is a bit ?
the smallest unit of storage is a bit. A bit is either a 1 or 0
what is a nibble ?
a name given to a group of 4 bits
what is a byte ?
a byte is 8 bits . each character. letter , number and symbol
what is a kilobyte ?
1024 bytes known a Kb
what is a megabyte ?
1024 kilobytes known as Mb
what is a terabyte ?
1024 megabytes known as Tb
what is a gigabyte ?
1024 terabytes known as Gb
