_ تاريخ الحمل مالتها هل هي عدها عده ولادت الاحتمال يزيد كذلك في حاله الالولادات المتعدده

اهم شي تجي عدها تقلصات والالم
1- cramps mestural 2- loin dull pain 3 - incraesse in the vaginal mocous واخير شي احساس المريضه هي راح تكلي انو احس الطفل جاي يضعط 4- pressure
mangment 1-give antibiotic وعلمود ناخر الحمل نسوي شغلتين 2- tocolytic dely the labour for 48h 3- prgestene prevent the utrine contraction
اذا كانت المريضه preclampsia
4- ca chanel blocker to decrease the blodd pressure
5- magnisium sulfate to decrese the sizure in pt with preclampsia
5- bed rest

يعني شنو المواصفات للمريصه الي عدها اصلا راح يصير بيها ولاده مبكره

1_ hostory the pt its self will tell me that she have cramps bleeding and pain and increase the vaginal secretion and and no mvement of the baby
نجي هسه للعلامات الحقيقه الي انا اسوفها الي هي الانقباضات الي تجي كل ٢-٣ دقيقه
وكذلك المهبل راح يتوسع
2- utrine conraction every 2-3 last for 1 hour
3- cerviacl dilation

1- اعرف من من المريضات واح اخليها تجيب الي عدها مثلاً fetal congentil anomlies fetal growth retardation fetal lung maturity chorioamnitis مثلا هاي الحالت اخليها الطفل يسقط معلي
2- give her Iv tocolysis
whatre the side effect of tocolysis?
ما مفيد للوحده تده ضغط بسبب
1-tachycardia
2- pulmnary edema
واذا عدها سكر
3- hyperglycemia

1- cardic disese and hyprthyrodism and eclampsia
due to tachcardia and pulmnary comgesion
2- pt with DM due to hyperglycemia
