Q

Is it rate or rhythm control - digoxin

A

Rate control: Digoxin is used in the management of atrial fibrillation (AF) to control the heart rate. It works by increasing vagal tone and slowing down the conduction through the atrioventricular (AV) node, thereby reducing the heart rate in conditions like AF.
