What are the three strategies of justice?

A

Differences should be denied: stereotypical differences used as pretexts
Differences should be mitigates: differences that are deemed to be deficiencies or defects
Differences should be embraced: differences that are seemed to be special talents
These strategies address the problem of recognition of difference and respect because they highlight the framework in which they can be easily accomplished.
