A

Small: Allocation Notice (order to disclose docs intend to rely on 14 days before trial)
Fast: Allocation Notice (Standard Disclosure)
Intermediate: AN or CMC (standard disclosure)
Multi: CMC (no standard disclosure but will have regard to disclosure report and budgets)
